HOW IT WORKS
Using Sitting Pretty Babysitters’ service is easy. Once you’ve registered online, we will call you to answer any questions you may have, and to take your credit or debit card details. After that, all you have to do to book a babysitter is contact the office via text or email at any time, stating your full name, date of booking with start and estimated finish times. Or, you can call during office hours if you would like to speak directly with us.
We will confirm with you that we have received the booking, during office hours - Please note that we only arrange bookings during office hours. Monday -Friday 9-5pm Saturday 10-Noon. Any bookings received after 4pm will be dealt with the following morning.
If you are using a babysitter that you haven’t used before, you will receive a call from your babysitter so that she can introduce herself, and to see if there is anything she needs to know ahead of the booking.
In order to keep our record of your preferences up to date – and so that we can best serve your needs – we will contact you after any booking with a new babysitter, so that you can give us feedback with regards to her.
We will always try to book one of your regular babysitters. If they’re not available, we will text you the details of an alternative babysitter, including her experience and relevant qualifications
